As part of the itsasellout commitment to customer satisfaction, we guarantee:

* You will receive your tickets in time for the event.
* You will be refunded if the event is cancelled and not rescheduled.

In the unlikely event we are unable to keep this commitment; we will refund 100% of your money plus a 25% credit towards any future purchase.
